Tips
- Start in Plan mode for anything nontrivial. Reviewing a plan is much cheaper than reviewing a surprise.
- Run chats in parallel. Worktrees make it safe — give each chat a separate task on the same repo and watch the Kanban board.

Use
@mentions to point the agent at the exact files that matter instead of hoping it finds them. - Queue follow-ups while the agent works instead of interrupting; they're delivered in order when the run ends.

/omto see it work. - Local models: context window ≥ 64k, and start a fresh chat when a long session slows down — that resets the conversation and frees context.
